The room was spacious and airy, complete with a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling shopping street below—it was a delight to enjoy my morning café while people watching. The breakfast spread was wonderfully Italian, offering both sweet pastries and savoury options; just what you need to fuel a day of exploring the near-by historical treasures like Teatro Massimo and the stunning Church of San Matteo. Sure, there was a bit of noise from the lively surroundings and the mattress could use some love, but honestly, the warmth of the family running this B&B made me feel so at home that I didn't mind. If you're contemplating a visit to Sicily with a friend or loved one who appreciates culture and great hospitality, this place is a must—I'm already planning my return to enjoy another cozy stay!
